Return policy June 2012

Lisa Perry gladly accepts returns of unworn merchandise, with original tags attached, for full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Returns must be accompanied by original receipt. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

Lisa Perry phone and website purchases can be returned at our Madison Avenue store for refund in accordance with this policy. Web purchases refunded in store will be processed within two business days. If you prefer to mail your return, return shipping will be prepaid by Lisa Perry if you use the pre-printed return label included in your package. To return your package, pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible. Include in the package a copy of your original invoice. Attach the pre-printed, pre-paid returns label to the outside of your package and drop it off with any UPS shipping location. Or, you can address and mail the package yourself to:
